1. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your reserved time slot to another patient in need of care.
2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in a $50 cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will take these into consideration on a case-by-case basis.
3. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying us, a $70 no-show fee will be applied. We value your time and ours, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
4. Repeated Cancellations: Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in the need for a deposit to secure future appointments. We reserve the right to assess each case and adjust your scheduling preferences accordingly.
5. Emergencies: In the event of a true emergency, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you and may waive certain fees if the situation warrants it.
6. Confirmation: To reduce the chances of cancellations, we send appointment reminders via text, email, or phone call 48 hours before your scheduled visit. Please confirm your appointment as soon as possible to avoid any misunderstandings.
